CPI defends Husemann Cup
Following up on last year's victory our first team won the prestigious cup once again. Team 2 even came close to scoring!
The 2016 version of the Husemann-Cup once more took place in Buchenbach on July, 21st. The sun was grilling all players and spectators alike and some great as well as at times less great footwork was on display.
CPI team 2 tried hard to score once and had a number of chances to do so. They finally won the inofficial competition on who manages to tip over the goal (see below).
Team 1 obviously enjoyed organizing this year's event and pushed hard to win it again. There was no team even close to match CPI until the finals. Team Urban scored early on and was only stopped by a last minute equalizer. A nerve-wrecking penalty shoot out finally brought the decision.
CPI won and defended the cup!
